    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, why is it that my SIM card became invalid? I haven't bought payment vouchers in the past 3 months or so. Could it be the reason?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to log in to my account online. It says Il must reactivate the account first. But when I type the SIM card number, it says it's invalid now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Dial 611 and check the status of your account. If it is suspended then you need to make a manual payment on your account to continue service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
