    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I purchased a data add today (March 7) thinking it would work in Mexico because my subscription is a CAN/US/MEX plan. I just found out the add on only works in Canada and expires before I come back. Can I get this refunded?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
