    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/665187"&gt;@Rawat&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;did you get the error at &lt;STRONG&gt;Step 4 - Phone Number&lt;/STRONG&gt; of the subscription process using the app?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so, it might be because your number cannot be ported into Public Mobile.&amp;nbsp; While most numbers can be freely ported around, small set of number has to stay with their current providers due to technical constraints.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can you share the are code and the next 3 digits of the phone number and I can confirm for you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Porting out from virgin to public mobile</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am not able to port out from virgin to public mobile I don't know why, even the customer support not able to do so. Whenever I am trying to do so it's say there is an error but not showing which.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
