The automatic top-up is a payment for AutoPay and available funds is the amount of credit in your account.
Was there a previous credit of $10 from last month?

not likely, it's an extra charge. I saw the following credit card charges

Feb 17, 2026 $11.2

Feb 22, 2026 $25.76

my plan is $20 ULCW Base Plan-1GB Data-4G

@elaineyl didn you join in Jan 18th with a friend referral code? If you did, you had a $10 friend credit and hence PM only charged you $10 more for renewal

The Feb22 charge could be a $23 add-on purchase or so.

But can you post a screenshot of your My Account -> Payment History from January so we can understand and explain? When posting screenshot, make sure remove your personal info and phone number
