    <description>&lt;P&gt;My month just changed over on the 5th, and it now says that .86 of the gig was used up already in 2 days. I have never had this happen before.&amp;nbsp; I work from home, so I use our home network 99% of the time and of the 1% its a bit of surfing only if I have too out of office to check things. What are the possible causes for lost data so to speak..hacked phone..account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I noticed a massive data chuck used on Feb 14th&amp;nbsp; @ 10.08&amp;nbsp;of about 656 megabytes. I checked my phone and nothing was sent at that specific time. What could use so much?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The specific time you see does not matter.&amp;nbsp; PM does not show data in Usage history constantly, it only updates it twice a day.&amp;nbsp; So the 656 Mb of data was not used at the time, but it was a daily usage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But you can ask PM to check if you still think the data was wrong.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Simply&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.
