When i set up my esim few weeks ago i didn't recieve any email&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/542241"&gt;@LorenzoRamos&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you have to download PM app and login on the new phone.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;even the new phone is eSIM only, you should be able to access the phone and go to app store and download PM app , then login PM app there (the 2FA will send via SMS to your old phone, if you cannot get it, click Didn't Receive code or Resend code and then choose Send email)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
