Has there been an increase in rates? As of Jan I am paying $ 1.13 more? The sales tax hasn't increased nor the HST.

And I have not made any changes to my plan. Further with the change to the reward system I am paying double in all. The points system that they have changed it to is a rip-off

The $1.13 could be result of an e911 fee that was not previously noticed.

Provincial governments in Ontario, British Columbia and Manitoba do not have this tax.

This is what I read in the link you have provided. I am in Ontario
