You removed the old sim and Only the PM eSIM is there?

And your service works? If it isz the number showing is not important. But if you like, Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings and it will clear it up

I bought an eSim and yet my cellular both primary and personal are still showing the same old phone number. I can only edit the labels. I had gone ahead to use change phone number via the app, yet cellular won’t show a different number despite several resets and restarts. 1. How do I fix this? 2. How to get a refund for the extra eSim Thanks.

I have done a reboot, reset and nothing worked. I have my old sim in the phone and want an eSim too. Sp i expect that old phone number should be primary and eSim display as personal but that is not the case. I have used change phone number on the app since i believe my old number was temporarily assigned to my eSim

If the old sim is the same account/phone number, it will no longer works after you got an eSIM. Only one working sim at all time and new always replaces the old one

And even with physical sim is for a different account/phone number, try remove it first, make PM eSIM primary and get it working first
