    <description>&lt;P&gt;It can be understandably frustrating when you need to place a call to a toll-free number and discover that it is not functioning properly. However, Public Mobile can assist by resetting your account to help restore the service&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am currently unable to call any toll-free numbers (1-800, 1-866, etc.) from my phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try, I receive the following message exactly:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We’re sorry, your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and dial again, or call your operator to help you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have already tried restarting and restoring my phone, but the issue persists.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you guys please fix this thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
