      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Since my subscription has been cancelled, I would like to request that my saved payment method be permanently removed from my account.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please confirm once it has been deleted.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I understand your refund policy. However, I would like to clarify that I submitted a cancellation request around 3:00 AM on March 1 and cancelled my subscription as soon as I was able to find the option.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;As I am permanently leaving Canada and will no longer be able to use the service, I kindly ask if a partial refund could be considered as a goodwill exception.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
