PM service can only call selected countries and you need to buy the correct calling add-on ahead.

to call South Korea, you will need to buy 300 International Long Distance Minutes for $15.00.

With that add-on, other than South Korea, you can also call:
Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela.

Calling international is not included in your plan and you cannot choose to pay to call South Korea.

What you'd need to do is purchase the in Canada add-on for $15, this will give you 300 minutes to use until you finish it; never expires.

Sign into your My Account and click on Shop Add-ONS to purchase the In Canada Add-ON.
