      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I redeemed my Public Points on&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;June 15 2025 $15.00 and January 12 2026 $20.00&lt;/STRONG&gt; but the points/reward have not been applied to my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My details:&lt;BR /&gt;• Phone number: ###-###-####&lt;BR /&gt;• Account email: ***@***&lt;BR /&gt;• Reward redeemed: $15 bill and $20.00 bill credit&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The points were deducted from my balance, but the reward has not appeared on my account or been applied to my bill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please review my account and apply the reward manually if needed?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
