Is there a special 4G, 3Gb plan offered for $19 / month until Mar 10th? A friend said they just received a text on this. I don't see it in my 'change subscription' options in the PM App.

these are targetted offered that appear periodically. This offer appears to be targetting those with $19 plans currently. You must wait / hope you get that offer messaged to you.

What are the other details of this plan? Are they the same as the $19 plan?

the details as I understand them...it's ULCW calling, International messaging and 3 GB's data (4G) for $19 / 30 days. Also offered option is ULCW calling, International messaging and 8 GB's data (4G) for $24 / 30 days.

Like you I haven’t received a text, sometimes they give special offers to you specifically, this might be the case with your friend
