      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/663589"&gt;@Dolphin77&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;where you see it double charged? if it is on Payment history, then no worries, each renewal will show 2 lines, one about money PM got from credit/debit card and saved in the account as a credit (Available funds).&amp;nbsp; The other line is how PM takes the credit to actually renew the account.&amp;nbsp; So, 2 lines but one charge&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but if the 2 charges you meant were from Jan 1st and Jan 31st, the it is due to the fact that PM has 30 days cycle and you will get charged like this once in a while on a 31 days month&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;did you make any plan change? why 3 times?&amp;nbsp; maybe you have multiple lines?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ask PM to check, and if they can help if any of those were wrong charges.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.
