      <title>Request for Help – SIM Card Cannot Register on Network</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am writing to request assistance with my Public Mobile SIM card.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My SIM card was previously working in my old phone, but that phone recently stopped working. I moved the SIM card into a new phone, however it has been unable to connect to the network. The phone continuously shows a message saying it is trying to “register on network,” but it never successfully connects.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I would like to clarify that the SIM card itself does not appear to be faulty. When I place the SIM card back into my original phone (which is an iPhone I used before), it is still able to work normally and I can make phone calls.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;However, when I put the SIM card into a new Samsung phone, it cannot register on the network. I also tried inserting it into another newer iPhone, but it still could not connect to the network there either.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have already tried multiple troubleshooting steps, including restarting devices and resetting network settings, but the issue remains the same.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Since my account is active and my subscription is up to date, I would kindly request that you check my SIM status and help reset or reprovision it so it can properly register on the network.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you very much for your assistance.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Where did you get the new samsung phone from? Was it unlocked? It could be locked to the previous carrier.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
