    <description>&lt;P&gt;was this phone&amp;nbsp; ever used on another network? check to make sure this phone only has PM sim there.&amp;nbsp; If another provider sim is there, remove the physical sim or disable the eSIM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and check if PM sim is set as Primary.&amp;nbsp; It is not ok to leave it with other label.&amp;nbsp; Then Reboot phone and Reset network settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if that does not work and if you have a physical sim, test the sim card on another phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ever since I updated my I Phone 13 a couple &amp;nbsp;months back, no one can call me except through WhatsApp. It goes straight to a message, which gives them an HB1 error.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Does anyone know how to fix this? ...and yes, I've turned off my phone, put it on and off airplane mode, and reset network...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;edited by computergeek541: changed category (discussion isn't related to Community)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
