      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had this issue on my old phone and recently switched phones, this was my first attempt at using the app on this phone and it's doing the same thing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, I didn't use a VPN. Last time I tried messing around with it I changed the password and it still didn't work so I last ditch effort tried the web browser and that always works. I'll try again that then contact support. Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
