@Royerm Generally public mobile does not increase plans I’ve only seen it happen twice in my time being with public mobile , that said public mobile reserves the right to increase any plan at anytime this is true of all carriers. So if you been told the plan is increasing to $25 then your best to change to the plan that has more data for same price but best to use the change on next renewal option and not change immediately so you don’t lose money on your current cycle as there is no porting / refund for unused service

I'm currently on the $23/month with 6G of data, starting in April I have been informed that it will go up to $25/month.

At the same time they are telling me that I could switch to another $25/month plan with more data.

I'm wondering if this other plan that I could take right now will be going up as well in April???????

hi @Royerm technically it won't happen, no business will do this

And we based on past experience, PM has raised plan price before, those "better" plams offered did not have another peoc6r hike shortly after. But of course, PM can still have another price hike after a year or two

The new standard for new customers at many places seems to be $25 for 25GB.

Not applicable to existing customers.
