PM has no roaming other than US and Mexico

With Mexico, you have to join the Canada/US/Mexico plan to use the roaming there

with US, you can join that roaming plan or buy US roaming addon

with other countries, sorry, no roaming at all

Does that mean I cannot use my phone when I am in other countries

As a pre-pay cell service… there are no roaming charges, overage charges or any other charges other than your regular plan costs.

adding… your service will stop once you’re outside Canada unless you have a US / Mexico plan. Other than those 3 options… your cell will just not work.

Travel eSIM: If your phone is eSIM compatible, apps like Airalo.

Local SIM: You can buy a physical SIM card at major airports.

VoIP Apps: Use WhatsApp, FaceTime, or FB Messenger over WiFi to stay in touch with people back home.
