US Roaming Province-Only Clarification

I have a quick question that I think should be straightforward to answer. I have a province-wide only plan, but will be traveling to the States next week. If I get a 10 day US roaming package, will I be able to place calls to US numbers while I am traveling, or only to numbers in my home province? I do not have any other long-distance plans/add-ons.

@Pascalli2 You can call to US and Canada numbers when you're in US and purchased US roaming package.
