    <description>&lt;P&gt;- using galaxy s4, in AB-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi guys... I have a big problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sometime I just lose my data connection...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NO data at all..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;resetting APN does not help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;changing to airplane mode in and out also doesn't help..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;restarting phone also dose not help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the only way for me to get that data back is just waiti until it comes back which somtimes takes minutes&amp;nbsp;upto 2&amp;nbsp;hours.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just don't know what to do.. I still receive calls and messages though.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is this only happening to me? or anyone experiencing similar problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/16472"&gt;@Contour﻿&lt;/a&gt;!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am afraid this problem sounds very specific to your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whats the exact model of your phone? &amp;nbsp;You can find this somewhere in Settings &amp;gt;&amp;gt; General &amp;gt;&amp;gt; About phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its good to start off by verifying that your phone has all the right bands to be fully compatible with PM/Telus network. &amp;nbsp;Absence of certain bands in use by PM could cause the behaviour you are describing. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Next would be to customize your phone for Telus using a method that requires a factory reset. &amp;nbsp;So back up your data/apps and then do these steps in the first post of this thread: &amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="http://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Phones-Hardware/Changing-Samsung-Phone-Info/m-p/53208#M6228" target="_blank"&gt;http://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Phones-Hardware/Changing-Samsung-Phone-Info/m-p/53208#M6228&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Actually annoyingly enough...I lost my data access sometime earlier tonight...I am already in a porting delay purgatory with an estimated 72hr wait...I managed to get data up and running by manually changing my APN settings but alas no more</description>
