I am a current customer and would like to switch to the Canada-wide 40GB plan. I have tried to log in and do this myself, but while logged in, this offer doesn’t appear available to me as an option. If I look at PB on the external/public site, it’s an option. Is this plan only available for new customers? Similarly, the Canada-wide 15GB plan doesn’t appear to be an available option for me as a current customer either.

On the PM website plans are only for new members.

If current members can’t access less expensive plans, so people tend to de-register and then sign up again?

Hello @Bruno1007

That is for new customers. The only work around is to log into the app on the phone, go to change subscription, look at the lowest plans there offered to you. Then choose that option to change at the renewal date. Once that renewal date has come, log back into the app and see what the lowest plan then is offered or the plan you want may be offered. The idea is to slowly downgrade every month to see a better list of available plans offered to you.
