      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/466768"&gt;@Macuser007&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did you use Change Now option?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did it give you an error about payment?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or did you use Change on Renewal and today is the renewal day and you don't see the new plan? if it is the case,&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;it could be just a browser cache problem.&amp;nbsp; Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
