      <description>&lt;P&gt;You generally cannot reuse a previously activated SIM card with Public Mobile once its associated account has been closed, cancelled, or ported out. Once a Public Mobile SIM card is deactivated, it cannot be reactivated or used on a new account, requiring the purchase of a new SIM card. Go to Amazon. $4.99&lt;/P&gt;</description>
