Where is the 'payment section

I cannot believe how frustratting this is. I cannot find the payment section on the app, my phone or laptop . i signed in my account. I have watched the videos and I have done the chat. Does anyone know where the 'payment section' can be found?

I just looked using the Public Mobile app, I logged in to my account. The Payment tab is right there on the bottom of the screen.

I have logged in to my account. I am not sure where to put the link to payment that you sent. I cannot find anywhere that says payment.
