      <description>&lt;P&gt;Public Mobile sent me a message stating that my plan price is increasing, but I can opt for an alternative plan with the same price and more data. They advised me to visit my account to activate it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I open "plans" on my account, they don't offer a plan for that price???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What's going on?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
