    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Pixel 7, my sub is active, no data usage&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I subscribed yesterday, im using eSim. I verified my APN settings I am not able to get data working. For example, cant connect to the internet, or recieve mms from contacts. Talk and Text work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt;make sure you removed your old sim card or disable your old carrier esim&lt;BR /&gt;I removed my old sim card.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;gt;make sure PM sim is enabled and set as Primary&lt;BR /&gt;my PM esim is set to default, its the only one that appears.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;gt;Then Reboot phone and click Reset network settings and it should work&lt;BR /&gt;I rebooted the phone and reset network settings and it did not work.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Am i missing something?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;you need to remove your old sim card&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then Reboot phone and Reset network settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if still unable to use data, ask PM to help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.
