      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a problem with my autopayment going through. Thus plan stayed on old 6GB plan when I had set it up to change to the new 12GB plan. I made my payment that was due on November 10th manually with my credit card. Then signed up for autopay again. &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/9663"&gt;@Shazia_K&lt;/a&gt; upgraded my plan to the 12gb plan as requested today (Nov 14th) but I think I got charged twice within one month according to my account transaction history. Can Mods or Members please verify if I got charged twice? I saw PM charged you 120, then PM adjusts the balance to 120, then charge again. It looks like charged twice, but actually just once. The second charged did in the PM system,not on your credit card. Just in case, check your bank history.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
