CS_Agent may warrant a refund for new members with activation issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since PM is a prepaid service and you are an existing member. I would think a CS_Agent will not approve a refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am assuming you are at Whistler on holiday and not a resident in Whistler.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
