i lost my phone and had to buy data twice last month on separate occassions so i lost a thread. but i am back. you mentioned you unlocked the 20gb/50% bonus for me but i have not seen it on my account. yet. is there anyway you can guide me to it if its not too much trouble?

Just click on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket followed by Contact for an agent to help you 50% off promo.
