Sine you use iPhone, do you see the green icon on drop down menu disabled? There is a small icon beside the WiFi where it looks like the status bar. This is the data turn on/off icon. Do you see it being on with green light on?

In addition, you can check the data usage from your iphone. Go to Setting>Cellular>Scroll down to see the Cellular Data.

I am being notified that I have used all 60Gb of data on my new subscription (in only two weeks) and need to purchase an add-on. However, my Public Mobile usage history tells a different story. I can see only 3 or 4 Gb used and that is typical of my usage history with previous carriers. I do not game, gamble, or video call and my use of social media is minimal and usually done at home on Wi-Fi. What can I do to get Public Mobile to confirm where and when this data is being used because it is not being displayed in my usage history.

The update data usage will be shown in your account or the PM app.

Also disable the data app on your phone since PM is on a 30 days cycle and not a monthly cycle.

Sorry, i don't understand what is ' disable the data app on your phone '. I have an i-phone 13. Are you suggesting I turn off data in my settings??? or is there some other specific app?
