    <description>&lt;P&gt;We opened an account for my wife a few weeks ago and paid for a subscripton.&amp;nbsp; The SIM card arrived today but I can not activate the card and phone.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I have had a lot of trouble signing in.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;However when I did get in the system asked me to select a subscription.....which I had done when I opened the account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you help me get connedted please&lt;/P&gt;</description>
