    <description>&lt;P&gt;When I try to change my subscription I get error payment failed. My public mobile account shows I have the available funds, and the payment has already come out of my account. Why can I not change my subscription?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you use Change Now option?&amp;nbsp; You sure you want to Change Now and not Change on Renewal?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try again in a day if you can wait , or try using&amp;nbsp; PM app and try using browser with incognito mode&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Did you opt for Change Now or Change on Renewal ? You can try logging in on your laptop to see if the change has been made. If using the mobile app; shut down your cell, restart and log in again to see if the plan has been changed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
