    <description>&lt;P&gt;This problem required the assistance of CS agent where the issue was taken over by a technical support person that needed to correct a malfunction on the Eversafe website that erroneously locked me out from making an updated entry of my 2FA telephone number by displaying the "login failure" error message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the end the problem was resolved by the technical support agent.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I mistakenly deleted my public Mobile phone number as the Eversafe number to be used for two step verification. When I try to re-enter the same phone number, an error message appears saying "Login Failure" and no sms message is being sent out for verification.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I re-enter my phone number to the Eversafe profile?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
