    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/49592"&gt;@Chris_dorrestyn&lt;/a&gt;, I am not an iOS user and so I cannot comment on notification messaging on that platform.&amp;nbsp; I can say definitively Public Mobile has no dog in the race as far as tethering/hot spot is concerned.&amp;nbsp; This is totally allowed with no restrictions or conditions other than a plan must have data or a data add-on purchased.&amp;nbsp; No special activations are needed to use tethering/hot spot.&amp;nbsp; For some android devices, 'dun' must be added to the APN type field, but this is a device specific thing.&amp;nbsp; I am not sure why the iPad is popping up a notification to contact the provider or what the provider is expected to do.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to create a personal hotspot on my iPad. It says I have good signal but when I click on it. A message pops up saying contact service provider&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
