      <description>&lt;P&gt;How it works is that when you first&amp;nbsp; signed up, you chose a plan and paid for it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now you need to activate that plan. If you changed your mind and no longer want that original plan, you need an agent to assist you to change. Mind you, the plan that you want may not be available.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
