How do I cancel subscription for someone who has died? I don’t have access to his account. Tried chat and it sent me here.

if you are cancelling the credit card used for renewal, then you don't have to do anything with PM

but if not, you can ask PM to help.

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
