      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/661139"&gt;@Marco15&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please note that PM is on a 30 days cycle and not monthly cycle so your renewal date is approximately shorten by a day every 2 months.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Also, PM is a prepaid service so you need to pay first to receive service so check the status if your account by dialing 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC. If it indicated that your account is suspended then you missed a payment. You need to make a manual payment to continue service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your account is active then there could be an outage in your area so check outage map.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://istheservicedowncanada.com/status/telus/map#google_vignette" target="_self"&gt;https://istheservicedowncanada.com/status/telus/map#google_vignette&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
