      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I signed for the $20 a month 60gb Canada, Us and Mexico promo. My first payment on my credit went through no problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My subscription for some reason did not renew and now if I try to pay tries to charge me $40.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
