Best way is to Schedule plan change on next renewal.

If you wan to change it NOW - you can but you will be immediately charged for a cost of new plan. No refund for time left on previous plan.

Example: if your plan cost $40 and it renewed 2 days ago and you change it NOW (today) to $60 plan you pay $60 and $40 is gone - no refund/return.

It depends. You can have it changed for right away (instant) but you lose any money you've already spend on that plan. You, which is best and highly recommended, set it to change on the renewal date. When doing so, some have suggested to take a screenshot of the change as proof in case it doesn't.
