      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you turn on Roaming data on the phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And you might need to change Network connection to Manual and manually connect to AT&amp;amp;T or Telcel or Movistar for it to work&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I guess you are back now, but did you do any troubleshooting?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Connecting to different providers? Switching between automatic and manual?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
