No Sim card yet

I placed an order on Nov 5 for a sim card and recieved an email saying it's been shipped on the 8th. Well today is Nov 14 and I still have not received it. I'm worried I won't be able to get the promotion ending soon. My boyfriend ordered his sim card 2 days after I did and he recieved his sim card a day or 2 later. I find this very strange. I ordered a new one in case the one I first ordered doesn't show up in time. Would I be able to get a refund if it doesn't show up?

Unfortunately, problem no chance at a refund. Maybe check out kijiji to see if someone is selling one, to get one in time for the deal. (I got two when there was a mix up when I ordered that I am about to toss on to kijiji).

For those that are desperate to get a sim card, suggest you order another just in case the first order is delayed.

Yes it is another $5.

Another option for those that want to sign up right away or miss the deadline to get a sim card before Nov.18, try buying a sim card off ebay but ask the ebay seller to send you the sim card number so you can sign up first without having to physically have the card.

Craigslist is another option.

You can ask for a refund if the card doesn't show up.
