Sorry no add-on plans on PM to UK and Dubai.

You can buy a local SIM/eSIM there or you can use the TextNow app or WhatsApp (all parties must also have this app) when connected to hotel or public wifi.

@Nickblaine Get the Fongo app that will give you free Canadian number with free calling over wifi or data. Before you leave Canada, forward all calls from your public mobile sim to the fongo number. Any calls to your public mobile number will be forwarded to your fongo number. Use local data sim as it will be cheaper. Also look up some eSIM data offere at https://esimdb.com/
