    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an active Public Mobile account with temporary number.&amp;nbsp; Trying to port in my PhoneBox number.&amp;nbsp; Error: Phone number not eligible for port.&amp;nbsp; I have the account number from PhoneBox, selected Telus as provider.&amp;nbsp; PhoneBox confirmed it's portable, but self-serve rejects.&amp;nbsp; Can a CS agent help manually process the port?&amp;nbsp;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
