      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I recently resubscribed to a new plan on my account, but it is still showing that my&amp;nbsp;services are on hold due to the expiration of your subscription..&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Could you please check the status of my subscription and let me know when my service will be fully activated? You can only have&amp;nbsp; 1 plan per account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you mean you switched your existing plan to another?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was a payment made to cover the subscription?
