      <description>&lt;P&gt;In order to port number BOTH accounts have to be active and in good standing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are porting from Rogers to PM you have to initiate porting at Rogers and keep Rog SIM in your phone to reply YES to author. message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your Rogers SMS does not work you have to resolve that with Rog first...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
