Check your phone , check SIM Manager or Settings -&amp;gt; Cellular and maybe the Public Mobile eSIM was already installed by the app.&amp;nbsp; If it is there, enable it and set it as Primary&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is not there, ask PM to help.&amp;nbsp; Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.
