    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am contacting you to request the immediate deactivation of one of my Public Mobile phone numbers and to stop any further subscription charges.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phone numbers: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My wife and I permanently left Canada in &lt;STRONG&gt;November 2025&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and we no longer have access to our Public Mobile phone numbers or SIM cards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We had two numbers under our accounts — one for me and one for my wife. I was able to successfully deactivate the subscription for one of the numbers. However, after reviewing my bank statements, I noticed that I am &lt;STRONG&gt;still being charged for the second number&lt;/STRONG&gt;, which I no longer have access to and would like to deactivate immediately.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since I cannot receive SMS verification codes or log into the account associated with that number, I kindly ask for your assistance in:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Deactivating the remaining phone number/subscription immediately&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Stopping all future billing charges&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Confirming that no further payments will be taken&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please let me know what information you require from me to verify ownership (name, email address, last payment details, etc.), and I will provide it promptly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your assistance.
