If I make a call and it doesn't go through, does it count as minute

Did you get the other numbers voicemail?

If so, then yes.

If it's a prompt from the phone provider, then no.

Also, it's obviously per minute billing, the days of per second billing are long gone (like decades gone lol)

Assuming you're on the $10 plan, check the overview page and test for what conditions the counter will increment. I don't think so. You might see the attempt in the call details but it shouldn't increment the counter.

I tried many times and it didn’t count for my 50 minutes.
