If I change my plan and after a month or two I want my old plan back is this possible?

you can only change to plans available on your My Account -> Change Subscription page. And truth is , most of the time you won't see the old plan any more if you give up for another plan

Nobody can answer this question for sure. Public Mobile offers different plans to different customers. You'll only be able to switch to a plan that is offered specifically in your account. Saying that, Public Mobile sometimes doesn't offer some plans to existing customers that are either priced lower than your current plan or some promotional plans.
